I also have a Substack newsletter where I explore some of the themes I write about in my book, like how the stories we tell ourselves to survive early-on often keep us from living later on, my journey from people-pleasing to wholeness, the ocean as transformation, and the long journey home to authenticity. Currently, I’m pursuing a graduate degree in depth psychology, which is deepening my interest in the hidden patterns, inner conflicts, and emotional truths that shape our stories and our lives.
